SMS (including transactional and DLT-compliant alerts)
WhatsApp messages
Email
In-app/system notifications
You may update your communication preferences via your user dashboard.
5. Payment Terms
All payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways. You agree to:
Pay applicable fees for services selected
Provide valid payment information
Understand that Taxpert4U is not liable for delays or failures on the part of third-party payment processors
Invoices and payment confirmations will be made available via email or your account dashboard.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on Taxpert4U, including text, graphics, branding, and software, is the property of Karsuvidha Technology Solutions Pvt. Ltd. and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or exploit any part of our content without explicit written permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
While we strive for accuracy and security, Taxpert4U shall not be held liable for:
Any direct or indirect loss arising from service delays, errors, or interruptions
Failure of any third-party service or gateway
Issues caused by inaccurate data provided by the user
Use of our platform is at your own discretion and risk.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in the state of Karnataka, India.
